Large family home extension

GPF Construction Limited transformed a large family home in a village near Milton Keynes, delivering a substantial rear extension and a new first floor addition above the existing lower section of the property.

The project involved removing the existing roof, installing a temporary roof to protect the building throughout construction, and incorporating structural steelwork to support the new upper floor. These complex structural alterations required careful planning and coordination to integrate the new spaces with the existing home.

The finished interior combines modern styling with bespoke details, including a timber slatted feature wall with integrated LED lighting and a cleverly concealed utility room door, seamlessly hidden within the panelling.
