What the contact form collects

When you send a message through the website form we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it
• Your message and project details
• The page address you sent the form from, so we know it came from this site

A hidden field is also present to catch spam bots. People do not fill that in.

Why we use it

We use your details only to read your enquiry and reply. That may mean a phone call, an email, or arranging a site visit if the job is a good fit.

We do not use the form for marketing lists, and we do not sell your data.

Lawful basis

For most website enquiries we rely on your consent, shown by ticking the privacy box before you send the form, and on our legitimate interests in responding to people who ask about full builds, scaffolding, or brickwork.

If you are writing as a business about a commercial job, legitimate interests will often also cover a normal professional reply. You can ask us to stop and delete the enquiry at any time.

Who sees your message

Form submissions are sent by email to info@gpfconstruction.com using a cloud form relay hosted in the EU (Stockholm region). The GPF office team reads those emails and replies from that mailbox.

Our website host and the form relay process the message only to deliver it. They are not allowed to use it for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while we are dealing with your request, then for up to 12 months in case you follow up about the same job. After that we delete them unless we still need them for an active contract or a legal reason.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you
• Have a copy of it
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Erase it where we no longer need it
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Withdraw consent where we relied on consent

To do that, email info@gpfconstruction.com or call 01525 270266. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are not happy with how we handled your data.

Cookies

This is a simple static website. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not run a cookie banner for tracking tools we do not use.

Your browser may still keep normal technical data such as a basic auth prompt while the demo is password protected, or files needed to show the page. See also our short cookies note.

Changes

If we change how we handle enquiries we will update this page and the date at the top. For a short job enquiry, the version live when you submitted the form is the one that applies.
